MSF to increase fostering allowance from Sep 1 to better support foster families

SINGAPORE:   The Ministry associated with Social and Household Development (MSF) stated on Saturday (Aug 13) that it increases the allowance given to foster families through Sep 1 to higher support them within caring for foster children.
