Motorists warned after bomb blast on main road in Pattani

After a wayside weapon injured six officers on Monday night, the army has advised vehicles to be vigilant while driving along this southern province’s main road.

The bomb detonated on Road 42 in Nong Chik district on Tuesday, according to the southern front office of the Internal Security Operations Command ( ISOC). &nbsp,

An armored pickup carrying six police officers passed the weapon as it went away. They were returning to basic from a work station. &nbsp,

The car was blown off the road and down an hillside by the explosion’s power. Additionally, it started a clean fire.

All six on panel were taken to Pattani Hospital. Rebels were held responsible for the attack by ISOC.

A major thoroughfare connects Songkhla to the three different southern counties, Narathiwat, Pattani, and Yala, and Road 42 connects them.

After the explosion, explosive experts were studying the field, so the road was cut off. Travelers were advised to take an alternative way if possible and to be alert when crossing the road. &nbsp,
