The cabinet will be asked to support the passage of a quality that would allow the ministry to employ land from state agencies for projects that have been funded by the government.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Capt. Thamanat Prompow, who presided over a conference on Wednesday about a royally-approved project assessment, declared that the ministry has prioritized royally-funded projects above all else.
He claimed that these initiatives may reduce poverty and improve farmers ‘ living conditions, which account for the majority of the country’s population.
Capt Thamanat said that 4, 910 of 5, 176 queen initiated jobs, accounting for 95 %, are under the agency’s role.
He claimed that the majority of these concerns are related to managing area, supporting farming techniques, and establishing water sources for people in remote areas.
However, many of these tasks, especially those involving tank development, are not making much progress due to problems with property apply permits.
Capt. Thamanat cited a flood-related incident involving his hometown in Phayao, in northeastern Thailand.
He continued, claiming that a royal program would not solve the flood issue without the construction of reservoirs.
Capt. Thamanat remarked,” I have ordered the Department of Royal Irrigation to prevent considering new jobs and rather adhere to the region’s water security’s existing spectacularly initiated job recommendations.”
” But it is hard to achieve because of land use permits ]from different state agencies ]. But, I would ask the government to help activate the problem”, he said.
” I’ll ask the cabinet to pass a resolution to make it easier for us to use land [owned by various state authorities ] for all royally initiated tasks that our government is in charge of.”
Without obtaining a force from these state agencies that own the property, he claimed, these spectacularly initiated projects want to use woodland land under the control of the Royal Forest Department, defense land, or even get under the control of the Treasury Department.
He claimed that the initiative would aid the government in accelerating a number of delayed spectacularly initiated projects, primarily those involving building.
However, Capt Thamanat did n’t give a timeframe for submitting the issue to cabinet for consideration.
He claimed that the Office of the Royal Development Project Board had already been given consideration for the matter.
