RAYONG: Chaiyamphawan Manpianjit, a Bangkok MP who has just been fired on suspicion of sexual misconduct, was expelled by the Move Forward Party’s executive and MPs overwhelmingly on Tuesday night.

The largest criticism party’s 128 senior users and MPs attended the Rayong meeting.

Chaithawat Tulaton, the president of the MFP, declared that everyone had agreed. Mr. Chaiyamphawan had disobeyed the group’s request that he issue a statement of explanation and repentance.

According to Mr. Chaithawat, his exclusion from the group took place right away.

Three sexual assistants were allegedly sexually harassed by Mr. Chaiyamphawan, also known as Puaut, 34.

There were enough votes to expel only Mr. Wuttiphong & nbsp, who later claimed he was being persecuted after disclosing details of corruption by an assistant to an executive member of the party. Last week, MFP members had gathered to vote on the expulsion of Mr Chaiyamphawan and Prachin Buri MP, but there was enough support to do so.

MFP head Chaithawat claimed that party leaders were aware that Mr. Chayamphawan had harassed one assistant while she was drunk and powerless to object.

They thought Mr. Chaiyamphawan’s motivation for taking her back to his villas was dubious.

He claimed that Mr. Chaiyamphawan had half invited the next assistant to travel upcountry with him by himself. Because the journey had nothing to do with her job, she had declined the invitation.

The MP, according to the fourth assistant, made unwanted advances that caused her to resign from her position a month later.

According to the law, an MP who has been expelled from one party must re-join another group within 30 days of being removed from office.
