SINGAPORE: A man who gained notoriety for his$ 3 million legal battles with a woman who rejected him has been accused of cheating more.
K Kawshigan was given five additional charges on Thursday ( Dec. 7 ) that were very similar to his prior one of defrauding a person out of money over an imitation MacBook.
The 31-year-old Singaporean is currently facing six costs in total for conspiring to steal.
Between October and November of this year, he is charged with plotting with two males, Cheng Zie Sian and Tee Boon Siong, to defraud six survivors of a full of S$ 23,800.
Charge sheets claim that the subjects were defrauded of money worth between S$ 990 and S$ 12, 000 for counterfeit covered MacBook items.
According to reports, Kawshigan hired riders to give the sealed items to the patients and persuade them to deposit the money in bank accounts.
The prosecutors requested an additional one-week custody on Thursday, claiming that the investigation officer had found new proof and that Kawshigan had been the target of additional reports.
More time, according to the attorney, is required for attacks and the recovery of displays.
The program was approved by the judge. Kawshigan, who was wearing a white collared shirt and appeared in court via movie connection, remained silent throughout the proceedings.
In January, he may return to court.
