Yan may tailgate any other concertgoers who were passing through the gate gate, and if he were stopped by the security guards, Yan could also enter the National Stadium by handing the officers their lanyard and wristbands and informing them that he had friends outside, according to Deputy Public Prosecutor Darren Ang.  ,
Wu was a close second as Yan made a line-up to provide a entrance gate, which was manned by at least three security personnel.  ,
As the concertgoer in front of him was entering the gate, Wu pushed Yan ahead. Wu also spoke to the security guard at the gate wall to divert his attention from Yan’s antics while showing him his phone at the same time.  ,
Kung entered the area, but another safety guard spotted him and took him out. The incident was captured by sealed- loop television (CCTV ) devices.
Wu continued to assure Kung that nothing was wrong after she was escorted out. To conceal his transgressions, he transferred 3, 000 renminbi to Yan and told him never to show the purchases to the police.  ,
Mr. Ang claimed that the gates were crowded at the time and that numerous people were waiting through the checkpoints.
” The accused’s behavior caused discontent to the other attendees”, he said.  ,
Wu is just one of the men who has been accused of allowing illegal visitors to the music hall. Yang Chenguang and Li Xiao Wei, the first two people to be accused of aiding partygoers in defrauding the event planner, were the first to be charged.  ,
Mr. Ang told the jury that Yan has not been charged, but he did not say why.  ,
He requested two to four weeks in prison for Wu.  ,
” Necessarily, this concerned a hugely popular function, generating important local and regional interest. A top priority in a building’s security and safety is security. Therefore, actions which destroy, or undermine these efforts, may be resolutely dealt with”, he said.  ,
The accused also committed a second related crime by tailgating another concertgoer into the National Stadium himself. This reflected frequent offending”, Mr Ang added.  ,
A man convicted of unlawful breach may remain jailed up to three months, or fined up to S$ 1, 500, or both.
