How HAPPENED ,
Li arrived in Singapore on Feb 29, 2024 on a cultural visit move, his first visit below. He had no weather solution out of Singapore.
On Mar 1, 2024,  , a group of three,  , Shangguan Linmo, 25, Hu Zhijun, 21 and Yang Junhao, 23, had departed from Wuhan to Penang for a holiday.
While on board one of their connecting flights, an unknown person on the flight had approached Ms Shangguan and asked if she was interested in buying three Singapore Eras Tour tickets for 4, 000 yuan ( about S$ 755 ) each.  ,
When she said she was interested, the mysterious man told her he knew a call in Singapore who was safe three VIP cards that were “free seats in nature”, said Deputy Public Prosecutor Darren Ang.  ,
He even told the woman that if she was able to enter the concert using those tickets, he may provide them with free tickets and shared his Twitter contact and that of a 29- year- ancient male, Yang Chenguang.
Three days later, on Mar 4, the , group boarded a journey to Singapore, intending to enter the Singapore Eras Tour music on the same night.  ,
Maybe that night, Li entered the man test safety region that Taylor Swift concert goers were required to pass through for a bag check, before scanning their tickets at a turnstile leading into the National Stadium.
