At around 12 p.m., Taufik is accused of using legal power by spitting double at a soldier’s face and even at Block 446, Clementi Avenue 3.
He reportedly slammed into the face of another sergeant and kicked his torso, causing neck strain and bruises to his face and torso.
Taufuk is also accused of punching a unique deputy sergeant in the thigh, leaving bruises on his chest, and shoulder.

Up to four years in prison, a good, or both is the punishment for using legal force to deter a public servant from their duties.
Rejected offenders who violate a cure order may get a stronger sentence.
Taufiq is also facing charges of possessing offensive weapons, defrauding of estate, and other feared drug-related offenses, according to authorities.
