Phuket: About 500 people gathered yesterday in front of the gate to a personal property on a nearby street leading to Laem Nga Beach, demanding the estate designer open access to the shore as the path has been blocked for over a decade.
The attempt to regain access to the public land was sparked after a European man allegedly kicked a female doctor in the back while she and a companion sat on seaside steps leading to a palace the gentleman and his Thai woman book, which caused a public outcry.
