SINGAPORE: S Iswaran, a former transport minister, will be sentenced on Thursday ( October 3 ) after entering a five-count plea.
He was found guilty of four counts of obtaining priceless goods as a common servant and one count of obstructing justice. Another 30 costs may be taken into consideration for punishment.
The defense has argued for no more than eight weeks of prison, while the prosecutors requested six to seven months of prison.
