TRAT: The sea company in this eastern province is checking the legality of a massive concrete wall that was constructed on a beach close to a Koh Chang beachfront hotel.

After inspecting the concrete structure close to the Koh Chang Grand View Hotel, producer Manop Lueang-on claimed that the sea company did not permit the construction of the wall.

The hotel’s boss informed him that the hotel had a property right report supporting the wall’s construction. Mr. Manop may get the structure’s treatment if the manager failed to produce the document for inspection within seven days.

The concrete wall measures 12 m much, 5 m long, and 5 m tall, and is about 5 m wide. It is connected via measures to the beach. There are also two more steps that can be found close to the resort.

Since an incident last fortnight in Phuket, private landlords have been encroaching on open beaches. After attempting to fight off a girl he found sitting on the steps at the base of his house, a stranger that is facing an assault charge. The measures, it turned out, had been built improperly on the open beach.

People have reported complaints about blocked access and improper structures in a number of beach communities since the Phuket incident.
