Japan seeks to work with South Korea, Philippines to boost regional security

Fumio Kishida, the prime minister of Japan, stated on Friday ( Apr 5 ) that he wanted to work with South Korea and the Philippines, which are allies of the US, and that he might even talk with North Korea to advance regional security.
