On Wednesday ( Jul 17 ), the Workers ‘ Party ( WP ) made the announcement of its Central Executive Committee ( CEC ) positions, with Associate Professor Jamus Lim appointed as president of its youth wing.
Nicole Seah , a former top member, served as president of the youth organization until she abruptly left in 2023 due to an extramarital schiz with Mr. Leon Perera, a former senior member.
The group’s assistant manager Nathaniel Koh was named youngsters aircraft president after Ms Seah’s resignation.
Mr Perera, who was the mind of the media group, also resigned after the event came to light.  ,
After Mr Perera’s withdrawal,  , Mr Louis Chua was appointed as brain of the advertising team. Lee Li Lian, a former Punggol East SMC MP, has taken over Mr. Chua’s previous position as assistant head of advertising.
WP announced in a press release that its CEC approved the meetings on Tuesday.
An extra member, Mr Fadli Fawzi, was co-opted into the CEC. In the most recent General Election of 2020, Mr. Fawzi ran for the Marine Parade GRC as a member for the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore.

The group had a corps people meeting on Jun 30, where 14 members were voted into the CEC, which is the group’s best decision-making system.
Mr Pritam Singh was re-elected as secretary-general and Ms Sylvia Lim as party head. Low Thia Khiang, the former WP captain, is still a Ccc part.
Following Ms. Nicole Seah’s departure, Workers ‘ Party informed Mr. Koh that he would become the leader of the youth wing. This article has been edited.
