Observing the younger, we noticed minor reluctance in his activities, such as portioning the ingredients. We think that he will be ready to streamline operations and shorten the waiting period with more training and experience.

Ooi’s trip into the stall scene was spurred by his Malaysian family, Jasmine Mong, 35. Impressed by zhu rou swamp during a dinner at Ooi’s friend’s restaurant in Nilai ( a town in the Seremban area ) last season, Mong suggested they take the dish to Singapore.  ,
Ooi, who just left his advertising position after seven years, decided to try it despite previously picturing himself in F&. After training with his brother for a fortnight, he invested S$ 50,000 to launch Legacy Pork Noodles.
Mong left her position as a music teacher for a secondary institution next month to work for the company full-time. ” After eight years of teaching, I began to feel like my life is very sluggish. I wanted to try something new but I thought fine, my father wants to ( start this business ), but I will quit my job since he needs enable”, she shared.
Today, the couple run the kiosk along daily. Ooi manages the house with two aides, while Mong helps with training and customers ‘ orders.
