PATTAYA: An Indian tourist sought help through police after a thief snatched his precious metal necklace on Pattaya beach late Friday night.

The tourist, recognized only as Karthikeyan, 43, filed a complaint with Pol Col Sombat Kaewmulsuk, deputy investigation main at the Pattaya law enforcement station, around 11. 30pm on Fri shortly after the incident.
