Authorities in the Tha Sala region of this southwestern province on Thursday conducted a raid on a construction site and detained four unregulated Myanmar nationals, their Thai employers and a residence owner.
According to Prasong Chanprayun, commander of Tha Sala area, the workers, who range in age from 21 to 35, were detained in Moo 1 in tambon Klai. They were required to live and work in the country without grants.
Their Thai company, who is only 50 years old, was also detained. The workers ‘ home was owned by Nuchanart, 40, who was the proprietor.
