ICA to stop Saturday services at Lavender from September

The presence of many of ICA’s service online contributed to the decline in physical visits. They include including the processing of&nbsp, birth and death certificates ( since May 2022 ), as well as long-term passes- such as the Long-Term Visit Pass and Student’s Pass ( since February 2023 ).

Customers can get these electronic files electronically using the MyICA mobile apps, MyICA e-service on the ICA site, My Legacy Portal, and FileSG through the MyICA mobile apps. &nbsp,

Identity cards and documents will still need to be collected literally, both at ICA Services Centre or designated article workplaces. All&nbsp, post agencies are available on Sundays, while some even operate on Sundays. &nbsp,

Almost&nbsp, 70 per cent of documents and identification cards are then collected at these designated SingPost shops, said ICA.
