Drug treatment facilities for users may be opened in state hospitals all over the country by the Public Health Ministry.

On Sunday, the issue was discussed at a department lecture on drug prevention and suppression led by Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin and Public Health Minister Cholnan Srikaew. & nbsp,

The Public Health Ministry will support Mr. Srettha’s recommendation to send drug abusers for treatment, according to Dr. Opas Kankawinpong, the heath fixed minister, who spoke at the conference.

He claimed that 42 condition hospitals now have little – Thanyarak services, or treatment facilities, for drug addicts. This company will be made available to all state institutions under the new government’s programs.

According to Dr. Opas, Thailand has about 1.9 million drug users, with 38, 000 of them, or 2 %, being classified as” red patients” or severely addicted users. 456, 000, 24 %,” yellow patients ,” who are moderate users; and 1.4 million,( 74 %),” green patients.”

Additionally, the government intends to use telemedicine to provide patients who are trying to stop using drugs with long-term treatment.
