Although some people have questioned its relevance to the newly elected vice president’s position, Mr. Gibran Rakabuming Raka’s recently established problem office in Central Jakarta has received support from its first users and the nation’s citizens.
According to local media reports, Mr. Gibran personally visited the vice presidential palace’s physical complaint desk on Tuesday ( Nov 12 ) to check how it was running.

” From tomorrow on, we will take issues from the Indonesian public. Ladies and gentlemen, you may come immediately to the vice political house in Central Jakarta”, Mr Gibran wrote on the social media platform, with the post garnering over 601, 000 wants and more than 35, 400 comments as of Tuesday.
Some people expressed sorrow that they could not find a lane number and had to go back the following time, while others were pleased with the welcoming service provided by the complaint desk staff, according to local media outlet Kompas.
One of them is online motorbike taxi driver Mr. Fathoni Rahman who complained about the hospital’s accessibility while he is already receiving treatment.
” Really friendly, quite open and very useful, I am very thankful”, Mr Fathoni told local press platform Kompas, commenting on the company at the table, though he gave no development on what action has been taken so far to handle his problem.
According to Kompas, another complaints made to the workplace include those relating to family problems, unjust social assistance programs, and family issues.
