Public Health Minister Anutin Charnvirakul will seek 2 . 1 billion baht through the government’s contingency spending budget to fund a two, 000-baht handout programme for volunteers who have helped with Covid-19 manage efforts.

Deputy government spokeswoman Traisuree Taisaranakul stated yesterday that Mister Anutin will inquire the cabinet to earmark the funds today. If approved by the cabinet, the particular bonus will be paid out to 1. 05 mil volunteers nationwide more than four months.
