HDB’s Bidadari master plan wins international real estate award

The property also has a sizable biking and pedestrian network, most of which passes through Bidadari Greenway and Bidadari Park, aside from MRT and trucks.

For instance, the 700m Heritage Walk, which is lined with rain trees, provides color for commuters arriving at Woodleigh MRT station, while a park connector connects residents to clean spaces that are not directly connected to the estate, like as Bishan- Go Mo Kio Park, Sungei Serangoon, or perhaps Punggol Park.

At integrated society and life hub, Woodleigh Mall, people have an array of shopping, dining, medical and financial options.

” Bidadari’s well-designed housing developments, in addition to the good provision of lush vegetation and the protection of the city’s function as a bio-diversity hub, have made good contributions to the surrounding atmosphere and will enable the inhabitants to live healthy and active life,” said HDB.

With the completion of the Woodleigh district and the addition of more apartments over the coming year in the Alkaff, Bartley Heights, and Park Edge districts, HDB stated that it is on track to realize its goal of” A Community in a Garden” for Bidadari.

According to HDB chief town planner Chong Fook Loong, the master planner and developer of Singapore’s public housing estates, the agency is constantly looking for creative ways to improve living conditions for residents.

” We are pleased to have received a Gold FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award for the Bidadari masterplan, which demonstrates our ongoing efforts to create vibrant and endearing homes for Singaporeans,” said the organization.

This award will encourage us to work toward the completion of Bidadari by 2025.
