Hayden Panettiere is sharing more about the custody agreement of her just child.
In a brand new episode of “Red Table Talk, ” Panettiere opened up about the “very upsetting” experience of relinquishing guardianship of her 7-year-old daughter with former partner Wladmir Klitschko to him.
Panettiere offers previously said she had been struggling with substance misuse at the time of that decision in 2018 and the issue wasn’t up for “discussion. ”
“If [Klitschko] acquired come to me plus said I think because of where you’re at right now and your challenges that you’re having it would be good for the girl to be over here with me for a while — which if I acquired probably had enough of a conversation I actually would’ve said alright that makes sense, I get it, I’ll arrive there to visit. ”

Panettiere said the papers provided Klitschko full custody of their daughter.
“It was the worst signing those papers, probably the most heartbreaking thing I have ever, ever had to carry out in my life . I was gonna proceed work on myself, I used to be gonna get better, and when I got better after that things would alter and she could reach me and I could have my time with her but that didn’t happen, ” Panettiere said in a clip from the episode.
Panettiere added, “It was the hardest thing I really could do, ” she recalled. “But the great thing for my child was to make sure she was okay, take care of myself and make sure I could be a good mom to her. And sometimes that means letting go. ”
