Hathras stampede: Event organiser surrenders to police

According to his lawyer, the main organizer of a religious accumulating in north India has given himself to the police following the fatal shooting last week at which time 121 people were killed.

Mr. Madhukar was detained for 14 days before being taken into custody by a native judge.
