In its fourth year, HSEF2025, which is targeted at businesses in industries like sustainable agriculture ( food security ), mental health and aging care, circular economy, artists and heritage, ecotourism, social mobility, and education, is a priority. Both brand-new and seasoned cultural companies are eligible to apply. A provisional grant that combines a give with a zero-interest loan is available to current beneficiaries.
