Gu:um sneak peek: Nae:um’s chef Louis Han’s new fire-centric, Korean-inspired restaurant

Followers of Nae: um may remember that one of its previous menus, Front Yard Barbecue, presented dishes inspired by Han’s household cookouts again in Korea. Gu: um departs from that notion, which makes room for entertaining enjoy.

Han said,” I think Front Yard Barbecue pieces with me because I mentioned and illustrated an illustration on the menu of my family house in the account.” ” Following this, my aunt, family and friends talked about that show the most, and I felt inspired to develop the taste from that event. Everyone has a remembrance of enjoying picnic, but the show probably relates the most to them, as well”.

Han is n’t stopping here at Gu: um. In June, he may start a new idea called Hideaway, a cafe- con private dining area located just above Nae: um in Telok Ayer Street.

Gu: um opens Apr 6 at 29 Keong Saik Road.
