Govt, House panel sidestep over famous monk’s iCon Group sermon

Officials claim a problem is necessary for behavior.

The government and the House of Representatives are being careful with regard to a controversial speech delivered by renowned priest V. Vajiramedhi to business executives and employees of The image Group, an online income company that is accused of operating a pyramid plan that has caused some victims to lose.

On Friday, the secretary of the prime minister’s office, Chusak Sirinil, a member of the House committee on faith, arts, and culture, and Sakuna Saranun, a member of the committee, agreed that official complaints from the board that would be filed by the screen may be required.

Mr. Chusak is in charge of the company, and both he and Ms. Sakuna are Pheu Thai Party people.

Focus has shifted to the company’s and agency’s response after the Buddhist wizard’s preaching was shared online. The speech, themed” The Key to Being Rich”, included an example of quick riches concentration, stating,” If you can do that, you are The image”.

On Tuesday, the 51-year-old monk&nbsp, denied any connection with the questionable direct selling company. He asserted that his message adhered to nirvana tenets and that attentive learning was what gave rise to success.

The logo Group executives invited the monk to provide a sermon at the Chiang Rai location’s Cherntawan Meditation Centre on March 12.
