
The group has fought in the area for nearly 20 years, particularly in Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC.
As part of broad barrier modifications ahead of the elections, the group representation constituency was disbanded last month. Some regions merged with adjacent areas in East Coast GRC to shape Pasir Ris-Changi GRC.
The SDA is only competing in Pasir Ris-Changi GRC , . Mr. Lim, Mr. Abu Mohamed, Mr. Harminder Pal Singh, and Mr. Chia Yun Kai make up the group’s granite.
They will face off against Ms. Valerie Lee, a new face of the People’s Action Party ( PAP ) team led by Ministers in the Prime Minister’s Office Indranee Rajah, Senior Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office Desmond Tan, and Mr. Sharael Taha.
Mr. Chia, who recently joined the SDA, described the group as “proud” to allowed East Coast Changis to the “family.”
