Frontman Fred Durst and the band published an email on their verified Instagram account.
“For personal health concerns and depending on medical advice given by my own physician to take an immediate break from traveling, Limp Bizkit will certainly sadly have to postpone their 2022 UNITED KINGDOM and European visit, ” the take note reads. “We truly apologise for any hassle this may cause to the loyal fans, promoters and support staff members. Stand by for further news. Sincerely, Fred & Limp Bizkit. ”
Durtz has not shared further details about his health. But in a video on their site, he explained that he had visited their doctor “to make certain I’m in good physical condition and everything’s okay. ”
“And to my surprise my physician has decided to send me a letter informing me he would nothing like me to trip at this time and to stay close by to do some more tests, ” he said. “And that being said, this was very unexpected news and I am just so sorry and am look forward to making it your decision as soon as possible. ”
The tour had were only available in the US in Apr.
