Four apparently stabbed on train at station in Tokyo: Reports

TOKYO: According to reports on Wednesday ( Jan 3 ) citing local police, four people are thought to have been stabbed andnbsp while traveling by train and air. They stopped at Akihabara and NBSSP stations in Tokyo, the capital of Japan, and were then taken to hospitals.

One of Tokyo’s busiest routes, the Yamanote loop line, saw a suspension of” trouble on the&nbsp, train” on Wednesday around 1.56 PM GMT ( 9.56 pm Singapore time ), according to East Japan Railway Company on X, formerly known as Twitter.

According to NHK&nbsp, a girl was allegedly seen brandishing her weapon on the train and at Akihabara&NbSp Station.

The Metropolitan Police Department is looking into the incident, and the people thought to have been carrying the weapon has been detained.
