Khan, who is regarded as the nation’s most well-liked president, refutes all accusations made against him and claims that the strong army is after him in an effort to prevent him from running for office when it is due next month. This is denied by the defense.
Khan’s inability to run for office was not suspended by a higher court last week.
Separately, according to Panjutha, a Pakistani judge ruled on Wednesday that Khan’s group will not be permitted to use its customary baseball bat as an election symbol in the February elections.
The political system ruled last month that the December PTI intra-party elections were null and void. To keep the image, the party had to carry those elections. In order to proceed with the ECP’s earlier decision, the PTI successfully challenged that ruling in court and obtained a keep order before Wednesday.
PTI chief Barrister Gohar Ali Khan stated on Wednesday that his party does not protest votes and that it intends to challenge the ruling at the Supreme Court of Pakistan.  ,
