Forget going back to school, make learning modules accessible and affordable for adults, says Chan Chun Sing

The state is also looking to expand exploration into adult learning strategies.

While research is being conducted on the development of children and fresh trainees by organizations like the National Institute of Education and the National Institute of Early Childhood Development, Mr. Chan hopes that the Institute of Adult Learning will collaborate with the Singapore University of Social Sciences to lead the field of adult learning study. &nbsp,

Technological developments, such as synthetic intelligence-driven programs, are also reshaping the environment. AI can then create personalized training programs in 45 days.

According to Mr. Chan, customizing training for adults continues to be more challenging despite the Ministry of Education’s efforts to provide more personalized instruction for students in schools. He called on institutions to enjoy a more effective part, noting that they have an “avalanche of knowledge” that could be leveraged.

” I want them to realize that you are the wealthy class. You are the more equipped party, and it’s essential for you to contribute”, said the Education Minister.

He has requested that higher education institutions keep track of how many kids return for further study after graduation.

This is the actual “acid check” of whether the institute’s modules are important, he said.

” It may say something about the kind of training you are taking if people in their working lives say that I’m willing to spend the money to commit to coming back and learn everything from you.”
