On Sunday evening, authorities were called to the scene in Chon Buri’s Bang Lamung area.

The 44-year-old Thai food delivery driver involved reported to police that a moving vehicle with two foreigners outside had side-wiped his bike. A person inside the vehicle then roll down the window and throw a bag of garbage at him, he claimed. &nbsp,

The driver claimed to have followed the vehicle, honking his trumpet, and enquiring as to why they did it.

The two guys came up and violently berated him before the car stopped, he said, and then the car started assaulting him.

A witness told authorities that she tried to calm them down, but they refused to listen.

A group of Thai men came in as the situation deteriorated, assisting the horse and causing the immigrants to fall to the ground. Some of the Thai people followed the two foreigners as they attempted to flee into the mall.

The immigrants demanded assistance from the authorities, claiming they were subjects.

They were taken to the Muang Pattaya police place where they paid a 15 000 ringgit fine and admitted to starting the battle. Authorities withheld their identities, as well as their ages and cultures. &nbsp,
