Residents of a housing property in the Bang Lamung district have been in the dark after their international neighbor reportedly allowed his two pit bulls to attack and destroy a neighborhood dog, causing concerns for the safety of the elderly and children there.
Visitors are apparently shaken by the incident, which took place in the Areeya housing estate in the Moo 7 subdistrict. Witnesses claim that the foreigner stood by and watched as his unleashed puppies attacked a neighborhood animal without attempting to engage or accept responsibility.
” My canine let those pit bull come over and remove it, and he was running household like it always does.” He simply stood there, watching, and didn’t try to stop his puppies, according to owner of the dog, Kam Nuch-chimplee, 60.
There hasn’t been any real action thus far, but it’s not the first day something like this has happened.”
Another tenant, 70-year-old Karntong Breaker, shared a separate incident where the same person allegedly threatened her trans granddaughter outside their house. She claimed that because my child was walking her dog, he used threatening speech and vocabulary.
Another people have also come forward and criticized the foreigner as a source of frequent problem. Suppachai Wongmuangkam, 48, claimed that the person often disturbs the harmony by drinking, fighting with protection guards, and perhaps igniting lights in the neighborhood.
We no longer feel safe. Because his dogs are not adequately restrained, many people fear going outside and are reluctant to allow their kids play there, according to Mr. Supachai.
Residents of the Areeya cover house contacted Nong Prue police place on Saturday to request an investigation and take obvious steps to stop the poorly managed animals from causing more harm. Many people just want back their once-peaceful neighborhood.
