After taking a flight from Shanghai to the Thai beach area, a Chinese federal who is suspected of murdering someone in his house state was detained at Phuket International Airport.

Immigration officers reported on Friday evening that a command was given to catch Qian Guofeng, a man wanted for murder in China.

They claimed that he turned a violent behavior that led to the death of another man.

After learning that Mr. Qian was traveling with Shanghai Airlines flight FM 831 to Phuket, Taiwanese authorities requested that their Thai counterparts deny his passage and bring him under legal custody.

Immigration authorities detained the suspect in his seat after the plane landed around 11.15 p.m. On the grounds that he posed a threat to the public and national protection, he was denied access to Thailand.
