SILKYARA, India: Indian rescuers on Tuesday (Nov 28) brought out the first of 41 men trapped inside a Himalayan tunnel for 17 days after a marathon operation to free them, local media said.
The Press Trust of India news agency reported that the first man had been brought out, and AFP reporters at the site saw ambulances leaving from the tunnel.
