Software AND Assessment Procedure
The procedure is divided into three primary phases- implementation, evaluation and renewal.
Application proposals may contain an overview of the team, its ownership and management, training facilities, economic plan, person selection, including women’s soccer and youth development strategies, coaching and complex structure for its first, women and youth squads, as well as community and fan engagement plans.  ,
This will also be a part of the examination of the proposals.
Clubs may also demonstrate their commitment to the club’s long-term growth and success, said FAS.
Clubs are not financially able to provide this help, so they are also required to provide proof of financial practicality, ideally with the ability to cover the club’s operating costs for the first year of membership.  ,
FAS added that the demand for proposals is intended to ensure conformity with the SPL and Asian Football Confederation team licensing laws as well as the goals of the sports authority.
Additionally, serious foreign clubs will need to submit an endorsement email from their respective member associations in support of their plans and applications to be included as a group team.
By 6pm on March 14, 2025, applicants may send their plan.
