Fallen steel cable damages vehicles on Rama II Road.

In the early time of Tuesday, a metallic wire fell from a construction-related road in Muang area, causing damage to two vehicles.

A pickup truck and a truck trailer were both harmed by the fallen wires. No accidents have been reported. &nbsp,

On Rama II Road, the truck trailer and pickup truck from Prachuap Khiri Khan were in-bound for Bangkok and had Bangkok license plates. The metallic wire sank from the newly constructed road above the street, near&nbsp, kilometer symbol 27, in tambon Tha Sai.

The incident was reported about 2.30am, according to Pol Capt Suraphol Wichit, assistant research investigator at Muang police place.

Construction workers claimed to be using a sling rotor to hoist and place a concrete slab that had suddenly broken. The hanging metallic cable caused the two passing cars ‘ saddle reel to fall backward&nbsp. &nbsp,

According to authorities, the company was to blame for the damage to the two cars.
