Following a heist in the Muang city of Phatthalung on Thursday night, a former police officer was chased down by the owner of a golden shop.

Around 11.30 am, police were called to the Yaowarat gold store at the provincial market. When the soldiers arrived, the gentleman was already being held in custody.

The suspect was identified only as James, 32, who had been based in the strong South. He was fired from the officers power.

A lone man with a full-face hat and a cannon entered the store, according to security camera footage from the store. He hurriedly removed some silver chains by breaking a display with a hammer. The gun landlord was aware that it was false. He followed the criminal right away and was successful in keeping him subdued.

The suspect reportedly used a bike to circumnavigate the region before parking it at a temple close to the gold store. After the assault, a car was waiting to pick him up, according to the authorities.
