After her release from prison, a woman who has been dubbed the “most wonderful criminal” in China was banned online from teaching anti-fraud learning via live-streams.
Qing Chenjingliang, 26, from Mianyang in Sichuan province, southwest of China, was suspended from secondary institution as a girl due to poor results.
She afterwards joined a 10-person scam band after being influenced by her fiance.
The group posed as bar staff and pretended to be bar staff, lured victims web with fictitious loving proposals or good intentions, and made them use threats or violence to extort money if they refused to pay.
Qing and her collaborators were given wanted posters by the authorities in November 2018.
Her dramatic appearance quickly attracted attention from all over the world, earning her the moniker” China’s most beautiful fugitive.”
Chinese later admitted guilt and received a month and two months in prison for scams.
The authorities said the scam involved more than 1.4mil yuan ( RM821, 817 or US$ 190, 000 ).
One of Qing’s former colleagues described her as bright, upbeat, and kind, and said they were shocked that she left the field.
Qing reportedly received intellectual education, lawful training, and labor reform while incarcerated.
Qing appeared in a policeman anti-fraud picture after being released in November 2021 and opened a balloon tea shop in Mianyang, which sparked controversy.
Some people on the internet criticized the move, saying it was offensive because it promoted the notion that “beauty equals righteousness.”
Qing created a social media profile on her total title in March, posting her 2018 desired photo as her profile picture, which rapidly grew to nearly 10,000 followers.

When questioned if she had met any imprisoned artists, Qing claimed that she had not given any thought to these issues and that male and female prisoners were kept apart.
She even recently issued a video exhorting people to avoid club schemes, saying,” Do not believe in anything for nothing.”
But, Qing’s social media account was blocked on April 27 and all of her films were deleted.
Eventually, the platform stated that it outlaws content that uses legal or prison histories to gain attention or gain.
Qing has not responded to the restrictions as of reading.
