Somyot admits problems, vows to battle for sincerity in court
In the Red Bull successor hit-and-run case, past federal police chief Pol Gen Somyot Poompanmoung, former deputy attorney general Nate Naksuk, and six different people were set to appear in court on Thursday.
At the Central Criminal Court, they were arraigned for fraud and misconduct cases, according to counsel Suvej Chompong. The accused encounter a number of fees, with the most significant being dereliction of duty.
Mr. Suvej helped the Office of the Attorney-General by taking the case before the court by submitting the 19-year speech of charges.
The claims stem from a plea by the National Anti-Corruption Commission, which accused the accused of mishandling the research.

If the accused requested temporary release, Mr. Suvej claimed that people prosecutors did not object to their bail requests.
