In a Bangkok hotel space where they were partying with cocaine early on Sunday night, police arrested more than 120 people wearing just underwear.
Pol Col Pansa Amarapitak, commander of the Thong Lor police depot, said authorities stopped the group in Room 2001 on the 20th floor at S31 Hotel in Watthana area at 1.30am on Sunday.
In the room, authorities found 124 Thai and international men, described as queer, in their undies, along with a dozen women and a certain amount of joy and morphine, Pol Col Pansa said.
Authorities were informed of a similar group taking place in the same hotel place on Friday evening and Saturday morning, according to the official.
They discovered that applicants for entrance had to use through a secret social media team. Police in plainclothes had done it, too, but the team administrator turned down their applications.
Authorities were informed early on Sunday night that Room 2001 was once again full of people entering and that it was possible that another party involving drugs was being planned.
In the huge area that day, police discovered the people were eating, drinking, and playing music. All members were taken for opioids testing by police, who then took them all.
The gentlemen had already gone to a party abroad before making their way to the S31 Hotel for another period, according to Pol Col. Pansa.
Test results eventually determined that 31 individuals, including one lady, had been in possession of cocaine and 66 people, including another person, had consumed them.
Twenty-seven different partygoers were released with no narcotic debris left in their urine.
According to a cause, the patrons included medics and operators of beauty salons.
At the group, narcotics boxes were taken. ( Police photo )
