Kho Kwang Po, 85, was charged with one count of intentionally causing Muslims ‘ religious sentiments to perish from a Facebook post posted on April 21, 2021.
According to his command plate, Kho, a Singaporean, created and then uploaded the article which contained anti-Islam claims. The remarks made accusations that spiritual leaders were unscrupulous and linked Muslims to violence and crime.  ,
The Singapore Police Force announced in a media release on Tuesday that it had received information about the website posts made on Kho’s Instagram account on Jun. 29 and 30. 2021.  ,
According to studies, Kho had re-posted pictures of his Facebook posts from five years earlier on April 21, 2021, according to the authorities.  ,
Kho left Singapore in January 2022 as a result of police inquiries, and he only returned in October 2024, according to the authorities.  ,
