A physician at Mae Lao area hospital in Chiang Rai territory has been accused of assaulting a hospital nurse, which caused different employees to dress in black as a result of a rally directed at him.
On Tuesday, Public Health Minister Somsak Thepsutin ordered the accused doctor to be transferred to Chiang Rai Hospital in Muang region and the establishment of a screen to examine administrative consequence. He set a three-month timeframe for the sensor.
The action came after clinic security camera footage was posted on social media on Monday. It showed a physician, whose name has no been , released, standing behind a nurse working at a machine and slapping her half on the back.
The event occurred about 10pm on Saturday, while another employees , were also in the room.
In a protest against the physician, nurses and other staff members at the hospital in Mae Lao city wore dark on Monday.
Kongsak Chaiya, the chairman of Mae Lao Hospital, made it clear on Monday that the incident had occurred at the hospital while stating that the hospital was against all forms of violence.
The accused physician was now on left and had been given a report on his deeds upon returning to work, according to Dr. Kongsak.
He said the nurse had been shocked by the two knocks and remained , stressed as a result of the event.  ,
Both the medical and health secretary Somsak have each apologised to the caregiver.
On Tuesday, the Thailand Nursing and Midwifery Council condemned all forms of office crime. The medical government stated that it was prepared to work with hospital administrators and medical personnel to ensure the security of nurses and other staff members.
