The red-whiveered bulbul( Pycnonotus jocosus ), a protected bird that is well-liked by unregistered breeders, is being registered more quickly by the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation ( DNP ).
According to Athapol Charoenshunsa, acting director-general of the DNP, the red-whirled bird is listed as protected animals types No. 550 under the 2003 governmental regulation defining which species are exempt from hunting and which may be kept without a force.
Even though the birds is regarded as a protected species, he claimed that unregulated breeders were keeping many of them illegally.

He claimed that the actual number of breeders was much higher than the records indicate, citing data provided by a club of & nbsp, red-whitened bulbul breeding enthusiasts.
According to Mr. Athapol, the DNP had decided to simplify and facilitate the procedure for both breeders and dog owners. The choice, he said, would aid in defending the red-whisted bulbul & nbsp in the wild from hunters.
The animal measures about 20 centimeters in diameter. It has buff flanks, a black spur that runs onto the breasts at shoulder level, and colored upper parts and pale underparts. Its dark face piece and tall, pointed black emblem are present. With light switch bird tips, the tail is lengthy and brown.
