The first-ever global evaluation of the body spread disaster alert program will take place on Friday at 1 p.m. in five locations across the nation.

Within a two-kilometer diameter of the statewide offices in Chiang Rai, Ubon Ratchathani, Suphan Buri, and Songkhla, and the Government Complex in Bangkok, the exam will be launched by the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation.

Actually if their products are in silent mode, cellular phone users in those areas will still get a text message and a sound notice.

On Wednesday and on May 9, additional testing may be conducted.

In Lampang, Nakhon Sawan, Nakhon Ratchasima, and Looking Thani counties, a medium-scale test may be conducted on Wednesday in Bangkok’s Din Daeng area and four Muang regions.

Chiang Mai, Udon Thani, Ayutthaya, Nakhon Si Thammarat, and Bangkok will all be covered by a massive check on May 13.

The government is working with the Interior Ministry, the Digital Economy and Society Ministry, the National Broadcasting and Telecommunication Commission, the Public Relations Department, and telecoms providers, including AIS, Real, and National Telecom, to develop Thailand’s disaster response system.

After the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, DPM, and the government decided to create the call system, the authorities decided to design the system. More than ten days after the earthquake erupted, some people were alerted.
