According to the Land Department head, the dispute over the property subject deed for a contentious golf course owned by Interior Minister Anutin Charnvirakul in the Pak Chong city of Nakhon Ratchasima should be addressed to the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security ( MSDHS).
The title deed was originally issued under its scheme, Pornpoth Penpas, director-general of the Department of Lands ( DoL ), said on Saturday.
Mr. Anutin met with Mr. Pornpoth on Friday to check whether his knowledge of the landownership right was accurate, and he responded to says that the land’s boundaries matched those for Agricultural Land Reform.
In the internet, allegations of abnormalities surrounding the subject work have been reported. But, Mr. Anutin previously stated to reporters that he was very careful about his purchases, citing the land having changed hands six to seven times.
He claimed to have paid transfer charges and received the title deeds legitimately from the locals.
Mr. Anutin argued that the authorities should deal with the owners of the subject deed’s issue if it occurred 60 years ago.
And if an failure is established, the DoL may pay compensation based on market price.
The property on which the golf course is situated was officially acquired from local residents, according to Mr. Pornpoth.
Nevertheless, he explained, the piece of land consists of over 1, 000 narratives allocated by the MSDHS for a self-help arrangement job since 1972.
After five years of usage, the property may be converted into Nor Kor 3 rank and upgraded to a property title deed under the Land Code, per rules.
After five times, people were permitted to sell the title deed once it had been obtained.
Mr. Pornpoth questioned whether the property used to build the golf course and the land used to make crops were related because the title deeds were issued in response to the settlement initiative funded by the MSDHS, never the DoL.
He criticized the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives ‘ plan to invite the DoL to check the site, saying that such a visit would not be useful.
According to Mr. Pornpoth, the MSDHS should be the party that explains why the arrangement land was given more space to support that area.
