The’ Khon Tham Ngan ‘ software.

The Department of Employment ( DoE ) has launched” Khon Tham Ngan,” a free online recruitment tool for independent contractors and recruiters.

Somchai Morakotsriwan, the head of DoE, stated that the goal is to assist more people in achieving a better work-life stability.

The” Khon Tham Ngan” ( meaning workers ) platform is open to anyone who wants to use their skills and passions to gain extra income, he said, adding it suggests 10 recommended job categories.

Those are graphic design, marketing and advertising, translating and writing, audio and visual techniques, software and web design, consulting, offering services such as dog running and driving, cooking, fixing services, and tutoring such as yoga training and baking.

Those who are interested in joining can register at https ://khonthamngan.doe .go.th/khonthamngan/web/site/index.

The program is now only accessible in Thai.

Before creating a work report, job applicants must file their personal data.

If they wish, a legal background search can be added to their account when they first identify themselves with the DoE agencies, according to Mr. Somchai, to offer potential customers peace of mind.

After registration, they are required to give their skills, knowledge, work experience and support fees. The DoE likely verify the information, which takes about two working time, he added.

Employers must also sign up for the website, which offers an online chat support so they can speak with any freelancers they want to hire. They may also review the person’s service on the website.

Mr. Somchai claimed that the DoE does no levy a fee for these companies.

In contrast, the system is secure as the DoE provides the people with individual- sign- on authentication. Additionally, the DoE offers assessment teams via its regional offices throughout the country.

The” Khon Tham Ngan” system is designed to provide consultants more job options and cover all areas of work, said Mr Somchai.
