We’ve worked with people who have sexually repressed for many years, and we always want to make it clear that not everyone who is porn addicted is a sex offender. They are not the same. But how do ( offenders ) chance upon that particular habit? Quite frequently, it begins when a child is first exposed to sex or sexual violence content at a young age.

When we say that young people are exposed to very engaging information at a very young time, the risk of the arousal pattern being formed at a very early age is what we mean when we say this.

Does it have long-term, more severe effects?

Yuen Han:

This is why we discuss first knowledge regarding the distinction between what is right and wrong. Having the knowledge on beliefs is very important, because if they have a map, and they know that,” Hey, this is wrong”, they are able to lift themselves up. But if they never had the conversation, and essentially all they are looking for is sexual stimulation, and you have a child who is extremely anxious in a situation where there is n’t much communication with the parents or any safe adults, then this becomes their way of easing stress. &nbsp,
