SINGAPORE: Information on a” small fraction” of students ‘ personal learning devices , is not recoverable, the Ministry of Education ( MOE ) said in an update on the , Mobile Guardian hacking incident.
On Wednesday ( August 7 ), it stated that” a small percentage of devices” had local storage that was not backed up and was not recoverable.
In a declaration, the ministry said and encouraged students to promote their information with those affected and collaborate with schools to offer these students more support, including providing printed resources and encouraging students to do so, it said.  ,
According to the Education Ministry, the data that was backed up on the sky has been completely restored.  ,
MOE stated that it has been working closely with schools to rebuild damaged products and that this year’s national exams are the most important ones for kids studying.
