Two boxes of cement items, including animal stucco dolls and decorative fountains, were discovered at Bangkok Port in the Khlong Toei district during an inspection by Seaport Interdiction Task Force ( SITF ) officers. &nbsp,

Outside, they discovered 30.5 kg of crystal meth, with a full estimated street value of 30.5 million baht.

The drugs have been forwarded to the Narcotics Suppression Bureau ( NSB ) for further investigation.

According to customs spokesman Panthong Loykulanan, on Friday, officers must carefully inspect packages and work with pertinent agencies, both domestic and international, to monitor illegal activities because traffickers are smuggling more drugs through different methods.

The Customs Department documented 126 drug smuggling cases worth more than$ 900 million between October 1 and August 22.
